Procured is a field service management app built for trades businesses, from solo operators to small crews. It covers the full job cycle in one place: capturing leads through website request forms, building and sending quotes on site, converting an approved quote into a scheduled job, dispatching the team, and collecting payment through Stripe. It targets HVAC alongside plumbing, electrical, roofing, cleaning, landscaping and a long list of other trades.

Its pitch is simplicity and price rather than depth. Where ServiceTitan or BuildOps are heavyweight platforms aimed at large commercial shops, Procured sits at the lightweight end next to Jobber and Housecall Pro, with flat monthly plans instead of per-seat enterprise contracts. A notable design choice is full offline operation: quotes, invoices and job notes work with no signal and sync when the device reconnects, which matters for techs in basements, crawlspaces and rural service areas.

The product appears to be new, with little independent track record online, so buyers are largely evaluating it on the vendor's own claims and the free trial.

Who Procured is for

Procured fits solo HVAC operators and small residential service teams that want quoting, scheduling, invoicing and card payments in one inexpensive app and do not need deep inventory, payroll or commercial maintenance-contract features. The top Business plan includes 15 users (with paid add-ons), so it suits shops up to roughly that size. It is a poor fit for larger commercial HVAC contractors who need job costing across long projects, service agreements, purchase-order workflows or a broad integration ecosystem. Contractors who require a proven vendor with public references and third-party reviews should also be cautious, since Procured has little independent track record yet.

Strengths and limitations

What it does well

  • Covers the full lead-to-payment cycle (website lead forms, on-site quotes, scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, Stripe payments) in one app rather than stitching several tools together.
  • Works fully offline: quotes, invoices and job notes can be created with no signal and sync automatically on reconnect, which is genuinely useful for crawlspace and rural jobs.
  • Flat, transparent monthly pricing (Solo $49, Team $75, Business $145) with no setup fee, no long-term contract and a 14-day full-feature trial that needs no credit card.
  • Runs the same across phone, tablet, browser and desktop, with data kept in sync across devices.
  • Syncs invoices and payments to QuickBooks and supports several ways to get paid: card and ACH through Stripe, plus cash, check, Venmo, Zelle and PayPal.

Where it falls short

  • No independent review coverage. There are no G2, Capterra, Software Advice or Reddit reviews to corroborate the vendor's claims, so support quality, reliability and uptime are unproven outside the free trial.
  • Thin integration list. QuickBooks sync and Stripe payments are the only named third-party integrations; there is no Xero, no Zapier, and no published marketing or CRM connectors.
  • No enterprise tier. The top Business plan includes 15 users (plus $9 per additional user), so larger commercial HVAC operations will outgrow it, and there is no published job-costing or service-agreement module for maintenance-contract work.
  • Plan naming is inconsistent across the vendor's own pages. The HVAC page lists Core and Pro tiers while the homepage lists Solo, Team and Business, so confirm current pricing directly before signing up.

Procured pricing

Procured publishes flat monthly pricing with no setup or implementation fee. Solo is $49/month for one user; Team is $75/month for up to five members and adds dispatching, live tracking and route maps; Business is $145/month with 15 users included, $9 per additional user, and priority support. All plans are month-to-month with no contract, and there is a 14-day trial with full Business features and no card required. Card payments run through Stripe at 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (0.8% for ACH). One caveat: a separate HVAC page on the site still lists older Core ($75, up to 3 users) and Pro ($145, up to 15) tiers, so confirm the current plan before buying.

  • Stripe

Verdict

Procured is a reasonable, low-cost option for a solo HVAC tech or a small residential crew that wants quoting, scheduling and card payments in one simple app, and its offline mode and flat pricing are real advantages. Larger commercial contractors, or anyone who needs deep integrations, job costing or a vendor with a proven track record, should look at more established platforms. Because it is new and has no independent reviews, treat the free trial as your real evaluation.
